- The minimum number of people to book a private party is 10. Our Hudson space currently holds up to 21 people.
- The cost for the class depends on the project. Most projects are $40. For the Wood Sign Class, everyone can choose a different design from our 100+ available options. We also do custom designs for an additional fee. We offer discounts for groups larger than 20. Click here for a list of class project options.
- Feel free to bring in food, beverages, decorations, etc. We have a table for food. Eating and drinking can happen throughout the class.
- We require a deposit of $40 due at booking that will be credited toward a person of your choosing’s registration fee when minimum participation is met. The fee can be paid by online invoice or mailed check to complete the booking process.
- We require confirmation and payment at least a week prior to the event. We need to know everyone’s project choice prior to the class so that we can have all the materials and stencils ready for you.
- We have a couple of payment options:
- Option 1: You provide us with a list of all the participants and their design choices. Then we send you an invoice to be paid one week prior to the event.
- Option 2: We set up registration on our website and your guests go to our website to choose the signs they want. They can either pay during the registration on our website or we can provide a code where they wouldn’t need to pay; we’d instead send the invoice to you.
